Burrata with Melon and Serrano Ham

A summer plate thrown together in minutes: creamy burrata, sweet melon, thin ham and pistachios.

Burrata(one ball)1 pcs
Melon(small and sweet)0.5 pcs
Serrano ham80–100
Pistachios(shelled)1–2
Olive oilto taste
Ground black pepperto taste
Basilto taste
Instructions

Cut into the burrata slightly, drizzle with good olive oil and season with pepper.

Cut the melon into wedges or large pieces and arrange them around the burrata. Drape thin slices of ham loosely between the pieces.

Roughly chop the pistachios and scatter them over the top.

You probably will not need salt — the ham is salty enough. Add a few leaves of basil or mint and serve immediately with toasted bread.
