The culinary content, recipes, photographs, illustrations and other creative materials available through this Store are authored by Alina Naletova (Instagram: @alina_cuccina_) and are protected by intellectual property law. The Seller distributes these materials under a written licence from the author. No rights in the content are transferred to buyers beyond the personal-use licence described in the Terms and Conditions below.

Applicable law

This website and any contracts formed through it are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of habitual residence.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern every purchase made through this Store. By completing a purchase you agree to these Terms. Please save a copy for your records.

1. Who you are buying from

You are entering into a contract of sale with:

("Seller", "we", "us")

This Store is hosted on the Zetap platform operated by Sab Core LLC (United States). Sab Core LLC is the technology provider only and is not a party to the contract between you and the Seller.

2. Products

The products sold through this Store are digital content — downloadable culinary guides, recipe collections, cookbooks and similar materials in PDF or equivalent electronic formats (each a "Product").

All Products are authored by Alina Naletova (@alina_cuccina), who retains full ownership of all intellectual property rights. The Seller distributes the Products under a written licence from the author. The author is not a party to your purchase contract.

Full details of each Product, including description and price, are shown on the Store page before checkout.

3. How the contract is formed

  1. You select a Product and proceed to checkout.
  2. You enter your email address and any required details.
  3. You are redirected to Stripe to complete payment.
  4. The contract between you and the Seller is formed at the moment your payment is successfully processed.
  5. You receive a confirmation email with a download link, sent to the address you provided.

By completing checkout you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) and that all information you provide is accurate.

4. Price and payment

Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable (see Section 5). Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. The Seller does not store your card details.

An electronic receipt is sent automatically after purchase. If you need a formal invoice with your business details, please email us within 7 days of purchase.

5. VAT and taxes

  • Buyers in Spain: 21% Spanish IVA is included in the displayed price.
  • Buyers in other EU countries: VAT is charged at the rate applicable in your country of residence, under the EU One-Stop Shop (OSS) scheme. The applicable rate and amount are shown at checkout.
  • Buyers outside the EU (e.g. United States, United Kingdom, Turkey): no EU VAT is charged. You are responsible for any local taxes or levies that may apply in your own jurisdiction.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery is electronic: a download link is sent by email immediately after successful payment (typically within a few minutes).
  • If the email has not arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then contact us at alina-cuccina-en@zetap.shop.
  • You are responsible for having a device, internet connection and PDF-compatible software to access the Product.
  • Download links may expire after a reasonable period for security reasons. We will provide a replacement link on request for at least 12 months from purchase.

7. Right of withdrawal and waiver for digital content

General rule. EU consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts under Directive 2011/83/EU and Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

Exception for digital content. Under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and the consumer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.

What this means at checkout. Before payment is processed, you will be asked to tick the following box:

This box is not pre-ticked. Ticking it is required to complete the purchase. Your consent and the timestamp are recorded.

If you prefer to keep your withdrawal right. Leave the box unticked. Your download will be held for 14 days. You may withdraw at any time within that period by emailing alina-cuccina-en@zetap.shop with subject "Withdrawal — [order number]". We will refund you in full within 14 days at no cost to you. After 14 days without withdrawal, the download is released automatically.

Non-conforming content. If a Product is materially defective or not as described, you retain your right to a remedy under Directive (EU) 2019/770 and Spanish consumer law, regardless of whether you waived the withdrawal right.

8. Licence granted to you

On purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal, worldwide, perpetual licence to download, store and use the Product for personal, non-commercial purposes — including reading, cooking from it, and making personal backup copies.

You must not:

  • share, resell, redistribute, or upload the Product to any file-sharing or cloud-sharing platform;
  • reproduce substantial portions in any publication, course, or product you sell or distribute;
  • remove or modify any copyright notices or author credits.

Brief quotations with clear attribution to Alina Naletova (@alina_cuccina_) for review or commentary purposes are permitted.

Breach of this licence may result in termination of access and claims for copyright infringement.

9. Conformity and warranties

The Seller warrants that each Product will conform to its description at the time of purchase. If you believe a Product is defective or materially different from its description, please contact alina-cuccina-en@zetap.shop within a reasonable time.

The Seller is not liable for subjective dissatisfaction with taste, style, or cooking results; issues caused by your device or software; or ingredient unavailability in your region. Recipes are for personal culinary enjoyment. You are solely responsible for food safety and allergen checks.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the Product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, personal injury, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Customer support and complaints

Contact us at alina-cuccina-en@zetap.shop. We aim to respond within 5 business days and will provide a substantive reply to formal complaints within 30 calendar days.

12. Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of habitual residence.

EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or contact the relevant Junta Arbitral de Consumo or their local consumer authority.

Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of the consumer's place of EU residence, or — for non-consumer buyers — to the courts of Valencia, Spain.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Changes apply only to purchases made after the effective date of the update.

This Privacy Policy explains how Artem Ignatyev (autónomo), operating this Store, collects and uses your personal data. We comply with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. How the platform fits in

This Store runs on the Zetap platform (Sab Core LLC, United States). Zetap processes buyer data on our behalf as a data processor, under a written Data Processing Agreement imposing GDPR-equivalent obligations. Zetap's own privacy practices are described at https://zetap.shop/legal/privacy.

3. What data we collect

Data you give us directly: email address, name, billing country at checkout; billing address and VAT ID if you request an invoice; content of any support messages.

Data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, referrer, pages visited, timestamps; payment metadata from Stripe (transaction reference, last 4 card digits, card brand — never the full card number).

From third parties: Stripe provides payment confirmation, buyer country for VAT purposes, and fraud-risk signals.

We do not collect special category data or data from children under 16.

5. Who we share your data with

6. International transfers

Sab Core LLC, AWS (us-east-2) and Resend are based in the United States. Transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (EU Commission Implementing Decision 2021/914). Details available on request at alina-cuccina-en@zetap.shop.

7. Retention

  • Order and accounting records: 6 years (Spanish tax law)
  • Download link re-issue: 12 months from purchase
  • Support correspondence: 3 years after closure
  • Marketing data: until you withdraw consent

8. Cookies

Cookies are managed at platform level by Zetap. The Zetap cookie banner lets you accept, reject or customise non-essential cookies. 9. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email [CONTACT EMAIL] with subject "Privacy request". We respond within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) at https://www.aepd.es, or the supervisory authority of your EU country of residence.
