Tortilla Rolls with Ham in Egg Custard

A tortilla with cheese, ham and crispy onions is rolled up, cut into pieces and baked in egg custard under strips of bacon.

Tortillas(large)2 pcs
Cheese(grated)200 g
Ham8 slices
Crispy fried onions(ready-made)2 tbsp
Eggs3 pcs
Bacon4 strips
Salt0.5 tsp
Instructions

Scatter the grated cheese over a tortilla and add the ham and crispy onions.

Roll up tightly and cut into three pieces.

Stand the pieces cut side up in an ovenproof dish.

Beat the eggs with salt, pour over the rolls and lay the strips of bacon on top.

Cook at 180 °C (356 °F) for 15 minutes — the custard sets and the bacon browns.

Serve hot.
