Toast Sandwich with Egg, Bacon and Cheese

A window is cut in the top slice, an egg goes inside and bacon and cheese on top. Ten minutes at 170 °C for a solid hot sandwich.

Sandwich bread4 slices
Eggs2 pcs
Bacon4 strips
Cheese(grated)120 g
Salt1 pinch
Instructions

Cut a window in two of the slices with a glass — those will be the top ones.

Put two whole slices in the basket and cover them with the windowed slices.

Crack an egg into the window and season with salt.

Lay the strips of bacon on top and cover with grated cheese.

Cook at 170 °C (338 °F) for 10 minutes.

Cut in half and serve hot.
