Toast in a Sausage Frame with Egg

A frame of sausage split lengthwise is laid around the slice of bread — it holds the egg and stops it running. Cherry tomatoes, onion, olives and cheese go inside.

Sausages(split lengthwise)2 pcs

Cherry tomatoes(halved)6 pcs
Onion(in thin rings)0.5 pcs
Olives(in rings)6 pcs
Cheese(grated)120 g
Salt0.5 tsp
Instructions

Line the basket with baking paper and lay in the slices of bread.

Split the sausages lengthwise and lay them around each slice as a raised frame.

Crack an egg into the middle of every frame and season with salt.

Add the cherry tomato halves and the onion and olive rings.

Cover with grated cheese.

Cook at 180 °C (356 °F) for 11 minutes — until the cheese has melted and the white is set.
