Pork Skewers with Potatoes and Zucchini

The pork marinates with onion in rice vinegar and soy sauce. Potatoes sit on the bottom of the basket, zucchini on the rack and the skewers cook above. A sharp cucumber salad comes with it.

Ingredients

Meat and sides

Pork(cut into cubes)700 g
Onion(in rings)2 pcs
Rice vinegar3 tbsp
Soy sauce3 tbsp
Salt1 tsp
Ground black pepper1 tsp
Potato(in wedges)5 pcs
Zucchini(in rounds)1 pcs

Cucumber salad

Cucumber(in rounds)3 pcs
Garlic(grated)3 cloves
Paprika1 tsp
Sesame seeds1 tbsp
Soy sauce2 tbsp

Instructions

Marinade

Cut the pork into cubes and put it in a bowl with the onion rings.

Pour in the rice vinegar and soy sauce, season with salt and pepper, stir and leave for 30 minutes.

Salad

Slice the cucumbers into rounds and add the grated garlic, paprika, sesame seeds and soy sauce.

Cover with a plate and chill while the meat cooks.

Cooking

Spread the potato wedges over the bottom of the lined basket.

Set the rack above them and lay out the zucchini rounds.

Thread the meat onto skewers, alternating with onion rings, and lay them on the rack.

Cook at 190 °C (374 °F) for 25 minutes, turning the skewers halfway.

Serve the skewers with the potatoes, zucchini and cucumber salad.
