Pork Belly with Potatoes

Potato rounds line the bottom with onion and pieces of pork belly on top. The fat drips down and the potato ends up soaked in meat juices.

Pork belly(cut into batons)700 g
Potato(sliced into rounds)700 g
Onion(cut into slivers)1 pcs
Paprika1 tsp
Dried herbs1 tsp
Salt1 tsp
Pepper blend0.5 tsp
Parsley(to serve)10 g
Instructions

Line the basket with baking paper and lay the potato rounds overlapping.

Season with salt and paprika and scatter the onion slivers over them.

Lay the batons of pork belly on top of the potato, season with salt, pepper and herbs.

Cook at 180 °C (356 °F) for 35 minutes — the belly browns and the potato cooks in the fat.

Serve the meat with the potatoes, scattered with herbs.
