Meatloaf Roll with Cream Cheese and Tomatoes

The ground beef is flattened right on the parchment, filled with cream cheese, tomatoes, onion, spinach and grated cheese, then rolled up. Twenty minutes in the air fryer and every slice shows a neat spiral.

Meat layer
Ground beef600 g
Salt1 tsp
Ground black pepper0.5 tsp
Dried herbs(herbes de Provence or Italian)1 tsp
Filling
Cream cheese150 g
Tomato(sliced into rounds)1 pcs
Onion(sliced into rings)1 pcs
Spinach(fresh leaves)40 g
Cheese(grated)100 g
Parsley(to serve)10 g
Instructions

Spread the ground beef on a sheet of parchment and flatten it with a fork into a rectangle about a centimetre thick.

Season with salt, pepper and dried herbs.

Run a stripe of cream cheese down the centre.

Top with tomato rounds, onion rings, spinach leaves and grated cheese.

Use the parchment to roll the meat into a log, then pinch the seam and ends closed.

Move the roll to the basket seam side down and cook at 180 °C (356 °F) for 20 minutes.

Rest for 5 minutes, slice and scatter with chopped parsley.
Tip
Roll it with the parchment
The meat does not stick to your hands and the roll comes out tight, with no gaps.
