Greek yogurt, eggs, a spoonful of flour and a spoonful of sugar — that is the whole batter. Peach wedges go on top and in 25 minutes it bakes into a tender, butter-free cake.

Eggs2 pcs
Wheat flour1 tbsp
Sugar1 tbsp
Peaches(cut into wedges)2 pcs

Instructions

Beat the eggs with the sugar.

Add the Greek yogurt and flour and stir into a smooth batter.

Line a tin with baking paper and pour in the batter.

Arrange the peach wedges on top in a circle, pressing them lightly into the batter.

Cook at 180 °C (356 °F) for 20–25 minutes — until the top is golden.

Let the cake cool in the tin, then peel off the paper and slice.
