Bread Rolls Stuffed with Ham and Cheese

The crumb is pulled out of the rolls and a filling of ham, pepper, herbs and cheese with sour cream goes inside. A cheese cap on top bakes to a golden crust.

Bread rolls(long)4 pcs
Ham(diced)200 g
Bell pepper(finely chopped)0.5 pcs
Onion(finely chopped)0.5 pcs
Parsley(chopped)15 g
Cheese(grated)200 g
Sour cream3 tbsp
Pepper blend0.5 tsp
Instructions

Cut the tops off the rolls and pull out the crumb, leaving the walls.

Dry the rolls in the basket at 180 °C (356 °F) for 3 minutes.

Mix the ham, pepper, onion, parsley, half the cheese and the sour cream, and season with pepper.

Fill the rolls generously and cover with the rest of the cheese.

Cook at 180 °C (356 °F) for 10 minutes — until the cheese crust has melted and browned.

Serve hot.
